hi my wall oven grill element stopped working,does it need to be replaced or is it a fuse?thanks?
There could be several causes for the failure of the element to heat.
IF there is a built-in fuse in the oven, then it could be that, and if the oven is served by a dedicated circuit and fuse or circuit breaker, then it COULD be that, but if there is any electricity to the oven [light, pilot light, etc.] then it's probably not the circuit fuse or breaker.
It could also be a defective on/off switch, thermostat, or even a connector that has become disconnected.
It sounds like you are not qualified to troubleshoot the problem and it would be safer if you get a Professional Appliance Technician to properly troubleshoot the problem and make a safe repair.
